Retreats

The Wild Times adventure retreats have been built on these fundamental beliefs.

Firstly, in the healing power of nature; that we could all do with more time spent in it, as well as more time to slow down and deeply rest.

Furthermore, in the power of exploration, adventure, trying new things, finding a flow state and pushing yourself (just a little bit!) outside of your comfort zone.

Our hope is that these Wild Times long weekends offer you plenty of both and leave you well-rested, soul-nourished and a little bit more wild.

All retreats will be celebrating the natural elements of earth, air, fire and water - grounding, letting go, finding courage and clarity. There will be surprise guest workshops, honouring and working with nature. My hope is that these give you a chance to ground yourself, and rise from that rootedness - to create, explore, wander and wonder.
