We hold our retreats at a range of beautiful, wild venues across the UK and abroad.

We have peaceful woodlands with cabins, yurts and treehouses in Somerset to luxury stately homes in the New Forest, via traditional Kasbah-style retreat hotels in Morocco, cabins and bell tents in Sweden and a beautiful, traditional stone farmhouse in the Italian countryside, we have something for everyone with varying levels of wilderness and luxury!

Get in touch if you have questions about a particular venue.

We will send you booking forms and packing lists 6 - 8 weeks prior to joining us on our retreat. Depending on the venue and activities this could include wetsuits, swimming gear and more.

We provide yoga mats, bolsters and equipment, but if you would like to bring your own you can.

We always endeavour to create a relaxed, non-judgemental vibe on our retreats - so comfy, relaxed yoga clothes and pyjamas are welcome!

On our booking form is space for you to inform us of any requirements and We are only able to cater for food allergies and dietary requests if they have been pre-agreed when you book. We will always do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee this will always be possible, due to our large range of locations and venues. Please email us to check before you book, thank you.

We usually start with a vinyasa yoga practice in the mornings, and then yin yoga and/or yoga Nidra in the afternoons or evenings.

Vinyasa is a dynamic, flow-style of yoga, linking movement with breath and building strength, mobility and flexibility.

Yin yoga is a gentle, introspective style of yoga where we hold postures for between 3-5 minutes, almost always sitting or lying down and using blocks, blankets and bolsters to support us as we relax into postures.

Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep - basically grownup nap time! This is a deeply restorative style of yoga where we lie down, sense into our bodies and allow them to deeply rest and relax.

We always endeavour to make our classes fun and non-intimidating with options for all levels of yogi! However, we also recommend practicing at least 3/4 classes before joining us on retreat so that you are able to get the most out of the experience.

Our Founder Jenny offers 1;1 online classes if you would like to book 1 or more prior to joining us on retreat, get in touch to organise.

Great, just drop us an email at hello@thewildtimes.co and we will get back to you or organise a call to chat!
