We work with a range of beautiful, wild venues across the UK and abroad. From wild woodlands in Somerset, souks in Morrocco, wooden huts in Sweden or ancient stone farmhouse in Italian countryside.

We will send you booking forms and packing lists 6 - 8 weeks prior to joining us on our retreat

On our booking form is space for you to inform us of any requirements and We are only able to cater for food allergies and dietary requests if they have been pre-agreed when you book. We will always do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee this will always be possible, due to our large range of locations and venues. Please email us to check before you book, thank you.

We usually start with a vinyasa yoga practice in the mornings, and then yin yoga and/or yoga Nidra in the afternoons or evenings. Vinyasa is a dynamic, flow-style of yoga, linking movement with breath and building strength, mobility and flexibility. Yin yoga is a gentle, introspective style of yoga where we hold postures for between 3-5 minutes, almost always sitting or lying down and using blocks, blankets and bolsters to support us as we relax into postures. Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep - basically grownup nap time! This is a deeply restorative style of yoga where we lie down, sense into our bodies and allow them to deeply rest and relax. We always endeavour to make our classes fun and non-intimidating with options for all levels of yogi!
