Bespoke Retreat Case Study: Dope Snow X The Wild Times

The Brand: 

Dope Snow began with two brothers’ quest to find quality snowboarding gear to ride in, and has grown into a phenomenal brand with a big focus on community across the world. It has become the go-to brand for many adventure sports fans - and it's not even limited to snow sports!

The Brief: 

• Their team asked us to create a fun and relaxed, outdoor-focussed day by the ocean where guests from the Dope Snow community could connect, relax and be adventurous. They were holding community events across the world on the same day at the same time - with mountain biking in Austria, climbing in Canada and Paddleboarding with us here in the UK.

• Bring a group of passionate individuals for an unforgettable day in Devon, showcasing the Dope Snow brand and clothing.

What We Created: 

Our retreat day began early, near the beautiful towns of Kingsand/Cawsand on the border between Devon and Cornwall. Guests arrived to breakfast snacks and coffee from London Nootropics, meant to enhance cognitive function, improve brain health, and most importantly, wake you up! 

With all new gear provided by Dope Snow themselves, we held on a yoga session in a beautiful studio space at Maker Heights with a great view over fields and out to the sea. 

After yoga we walked down through meadows and along the coast into the village for a pub lunch in the beautiful old seaside village. After filling up, we headed out onto the water with paddleboarding in the bay, exploring little coves and beaches. We practiced SUP yoga, swam and fell in more than a few times...! Finally, we wrapped up a fantastic outing with ice cream on the beach and a drink at the pub right next to it. 

In the end, everyone was able to step out of their comfort zone into a bit of the wild side. We swam, drank, laughed and relaxed, all while deepening connections and just having a great time. Our guests had a great time next to, on - and in! - the sea and we’re grateful to have been a part of it.
